For more than eighty years, US cosmetics law barely changed. Then in 2022, a law called MoCRA updated it. The FDA can now order recalls, and companies must report serious reactions. It still doesn't require approval before sale, and it banned no ingredients. So reading the label is still on you. That's why we keep ours short. Nothing harsh. Ever.
